🌾 Snow Place Like Home

Published over 2 years ago • 6 min read

Good morning Wichita!

Today’s update comes to you from my igloo. It’s pretty comfortable, but the wi-fi is a little spotty.

This month is Black History Month. Check out our list of black-owned businesses in Wichita. What are we missing?

Happy Lunar New Year which began on Tuesday, February 1st!

In today's Wichita Weekly Update:

  • Winter Wonderland
  • Startup News
  • Dam Jam

Let's get to it!

- Landon Huslig

NEWS

Winter Wonderland

As you all know, we actually got a pretty solid amount of snow.

According to Nolan Roth and the National Weather Service, we received 5.9" on Wednesday.

We aren't expecting much more snow, but today is still going to be pretty darn cold. If you're new to Kansas, you always have to account for the wind chill when it comes to the weather.

It's cold enough that Wichita cancelled school not just Wednesday, but Thursday, and even today (Friday).

As Uncle Ben once said, “ With great powder comes great responsibility”.

TOGETHER WITH CBD PLUS

I’m sure you’ve seen it. The green plus sign at various places around town, some look sorta sketchy.

You might avoid them just because of the vibes they put off.

CBD Plus offers a classy, premium experience to get natural products like Delta-8 or Delta-9 THC (completely legal btw).

The products CBD Plus sells help with anxiety, pain, and much more.

Check out CBD Plus today to try out some of their life changing products.
